By accessing and using MyPetsSafetyNet ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

MyPetsSafetyNet is a scheduled notification service designed for pet owners who live alone. The Service sends automated check-in messages via SMS, phone call, and email, and notifies your designated emergency contacts if you do not respond within your chosen timeframe.

In any genuine emergency — medical, safety, or otherwise — always call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely solely on this Service.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, respond to check-in notifications, keep pet information and emergency contacts up to date, obtain explicit consent from designated emergency contacts before listing them, and not use the Service as your sole or primary safety plan.

MyPetsSafetyNet makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any specific outcome, including that check-in messages will be received, that emergency contacts will take action, or that pets will receive care. The Service functions only within the parameters you configure.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party provider outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or missed notifications.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including your contact information, pet information, and emergency contact details.

MyPetsSafetyNet offers a free 7-day trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription at $6.99/month, billed automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPetsSafetyNet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPetsSafetyNet and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any claim by an emergency contact that they were contacted without proper authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users who opt into SMS communications agree to receive automated check-in and emergency alert messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington.
