Refund & Billing Policy

MyPetsSafetyNet is a recurring subscription service billed at $6.99 per month. After any applicable free trial, users must provide a valid payment method through Stripe to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to start your trial. At the conclusion of the trial, you may subscribe by entering a payment method. If you do not subscribe, your account will enter read-only mode and check-in services will be paused.

If a payment fails, MyPetsSafetyNet may retry automatically through Stripe. A grace period of up to 7 days may be provided to update payment information. If payment is not completed within the grace period, the subscription may be cancelled and access suspended.

Users may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting support@mypetssafetynet.com. Upon cancellation, future billing stops and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests may be approved for accidental duplicate charges, billing errors, significant technical failures, service interruptions, or reasonable dissatisfaction with the service. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support@mypetssafetynet.com with your account email, approximate billing date, and reason for the request.

Refunds may be denied for abuse of the platform, repeated refund requests, violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or failure to cancel prior to a renewal date after substantial service usage.

While MyPetsSafetyNet strives to provide reliable service, users acknowledge that SMS delivery, phone systems, and internet availability may occasionally impact service performance. MyPetsSafetyNet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

MyPetsSafetyNet reserves the right to modify this Refund & Billing Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
